How to write C simple and easy

For this Capital C, you only use the space between Ascender and Base line.
Stroke ductus for this C:
It's a single stroke - No.1 as you marked
1. Start just below the Ascender line, slightly inside. 2. Pull the curve up and over to the right, then come down. The thick part you have in the image is where your broad-edge pen is at full pressure / full width. 3. Keep the curve open - don't close it too much, it's a C not an O. 4. Follow the arrow down, and finish with a small flick outward just above the Base line.
Your arrow shows the exact pen movement - starting at head line on the left, going up and around, and ending with that outward tail at base line. That's the classic method.
2 quick tips to make it cleaner:
1. Pen angle: Keep 30-35 degrees throughout. Your thick-thin contrast is already good here. 2. Negative space: The white space inside the C should be like a perfect oval. If it gets squashed, the whole letter looks tight.
